Replenishment operations should mainly include: determining the goods to be replenished, receiving goods, doing all kinds of care and preparation before putting them on the shelves, and replenishing goods.

Replenishing method

There are mainly the following ways:

(1) Full container replenishment

Replenish goods from the shelf storage area to the pick-up area of the mobile shelf. The storage area of this replenishment method is the shelf storage area, and the moving pipe picking area is the moving shed picking area with both sides open. After picking, the picker will transport the goods to the delivery area, and when the inventory in the mobile control area is lower than the set standard, the replenishment operation will be carried out. In this replenishment method, the operator takes out the container from the shelf storage area and transports it to the delivery area with a trolley. It is more suitable for goods with small volume, small quantity and large shipment.

(2) Pallet replenishment

This replenishment method is based on pallets. Pallets are transported from the ground storage area to the ground storage area. When picking up the goods, the containers on the pallet are placed on the central conveyor belt and sent to the delivery area. When the inventory quantity is lower than the set standard, it will be replenished immediately, and the pallet will be transported from the storage area to the picking movement area by the stacker, or it can be transported to the shelf movement area for replenishment. This replenishment method is suitable for goods with large quantities or shipments.
