What does the tray mean?
Tray refers to the plates used to hold plates, which are mostly rectangular and made of wood or metal.

Pallets can be divided into two types according to their bearing weight and use mode: light support and heavy support.

Light tray (plate): also known as "flat tray", refers to the use of small disks in service or the delivery of vegetables, drinks, tableware and so on. Because the items on the tray are relatively light, generally 2 ~ 5 kilograms, it is called "light support". Because the plate is flat on the chest, it is also called "chest support", which is suitable for zero o'clock, banquets and cocktail parties.

Trust (plate, square plate): also known as "high support", it is mainly used to check dishes, drinks, liquidation or dishes. Because of the heavy weight on the plate, it is generally 10 ~ 20kg, so it is called "great trust".

Precautions for pallets:

1, master the posture of the tray. According to the order in which the required goods are sent, the pallets are loaded reasonably. Generally, heavy objects and tall objects are placed on the side close to the body, so it is easy to grasp the center of gravity of the tray.

Then install the light, low or first-delivered items on the outside of the tray, so that the items in the tray are properly distributed, which is convenient for your work, and can avoid self-collision caused by excessive rotation of the tray or crossing the right hand to take things.

2. When tidying up the tableware on the dining table, don't put all the items in a tray regardless of size, shape, volume and material, otherwise the items will easily slip or even break when they fall to the ground. Instead, they should be packed separately in the order of napkins, towels, glassware and porcelain tableware to avoid the damage caused by the collision of items with different textures.
