1 In order to give full play to price leverage, reasonably regulate road traffic demand, alleviate parking problems, optimize travel modes, guide citizens to travel green, effectively regulate parking charges, and promote the healthy development of the parking service industry, these rules are formulated in combination with the actual situation of our city;

2. The motor vehicle parking service charges mentioned in these Rules refer to the fees charged by operators or managers who engage in motor vehicle parking services by using public parking lots, special parking lots and temporary road parking spaces according to law to provide related services for orderly parking of motor vehicles and site occupation;

3, who is engaged in motor vehicle parking service operators or managers in our city, as well as motor vehicle parking, shall abide by these rules.

4, the implementation of motor vehicle parking service charges must meet the following conditions:

(1) Obtained the business qualification of motor vehicle parking service according to law;

(two) there is a suitable venue, and there are obvious signs and markings for vehicle traffic and parking;

(3) Full-time management personnel shall be provided for on-site management, responsible for the orderly driving, parking and safety of vehicles, and maintaining the equipment and facilities in the parking lot to ensure normal use;

(4) Establish and improve internal charge management, financial management, safety precautions, post responsibilities and other rules and regulations.

5. After accepting the motor vehicle parking service, the motor vehicle parking person shall pay the motor vehicle parking service fee in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Rules;

6, the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau is responsible for formulating the detailed rules for the implementation of motor vehicle parking service charges and motor vehicle parking service charges in my city area, and filing management of motor vehicle parking service charges in my city area;

7. Pricing form. Motor vehicle parking service charges are managed in two pricing forms: market-regulated price and government-guided price according to different categories.

To sum up, the parking fee for motor vehicles in the parking lot will be guided by the government, and the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau will formulate the guiding standards for motor vehicle parking fees.
