Huguan County, belonging to Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province. It is adjacent to Lin 'er City and Huier City in Henan Province in the east, Changzhi City in the west, Pingshun County in the north and Lingchuan County in the south.
