Wedding supervision etiquette
If the MC is regarded as the director of a wedding, then the producer is the executive director of the scene. The host controls everything on the stage, and the producer is responsible for everything under the stage. Below I will sort out the etiquette of wedding supervision for everyone, hoping to help you!

At present, more and more wedding companies and newcomers realize the importance of wedding supervision. There are many weddings in China, and the scenes are getting bigger and bigger. Some weddings need not only a supervision, but also a supervision group!

Here is a brief introduction to the etiquette of supervision.

Hand-in-hand: The director's hand-in-hand in the wedding refers to leading the guests to applaud the couple in the ceremony. Holding hands in a wedding is not clapping, but silently driving others with the gesture of holding hands, rather than driving others with loud applause.

There are two kinds of leaders:

1, small collar palm: in small and medium-sized weddings, such as banquets with less than 15 seats, small collar palm is generally used to drive the scene. The standard of gesture is to put your hands on your chest, put your hands together and do it three to five times from outside to inside. You can put your hands down after the applause at the wedding.

2, big collar palm: in a large wedding, or the banquet hall itself has more columns. Gestures are the part where you raise your hand above your head, but don't block your face. Just like a small palm, you can put your hand down three or five times from the outside to the inside until the applause of the guests rings.

Case: Once in a five-star hotel in Shenzhen, I saw the boss of a wedding company on the edge of the stage supervising the execution of the wedding scene, holding a big bag in his hand, clapping his hands and shouting "clap your hands", which was tasteless. Just like some vendors do business, they are afraid that their applause and cries will not be heard. A wedding in a five-star hotel, which was originally of high grade, finally surprised people.

Gestures:

The gesture of supervising "please" is often used in weddings. Please gesture is also the compass of direction.

Gestures of wedding supervisors are generally divided into three types:

1. One-handed invitation: When serving newcomers, the supervisor should always be on their right hand side. When using the "please" gesture, the fingers should be put together first, the left hand should naturally follow or cling to the belt position on the back of the body, the right hand should naturally extend with the body, and the eyes and head should be coordinated with the gesture direction. Only when the invited person sees it and does it in the right direction can the gesture be put down.

Please use both hands: this gesture is used when the supervisor invites the newlyweds to enter the room or the staff opens the door together. Just put your fingers together and stretch out at the same time, with your palms facing your face and your eyebrows in a horizontal position, but don't block your face. When the staff opens the door or the newcomers see the instructions, they will put their hands down. Then step back to the left, and then invite new people in with one hand.

3, personality please: in the wedding process, the couple will use this gesture when they enter from two at the same time. First, put your hands and fingers together, and then raise them above your head. After the palm of your hand faces the audience, spread your hands left and right and point to the newcomer or the staff who opens the door. When the instruction is confirmed, slowly turn your hands to the position you are facing, indicating that you invite the new person to meet or make a handover point at the designated position. Then, from here, * * * will enter together. Then the gesture of please can also be divided into two styles: fast and slow, which are mainly determined by the style of the master of ceremonies. In the case that the wedding scene is warm or there is a girl in charge, softer movements are generally used. If the male supervisor is in the atmosphere of the wedding scene, or the emcee's style is solemn, it is best to use this gesture ceremony quickly, which shows that the supervisor has the ability to effectively cooperate with the sense of execution at the wedding scene.

Pallet etiquette:

During the wedding, the supervisor will use the tray when toasting the couple or sending some small gifts to participate in the lucky draw. As a wedding supervisor, you should be able to use the round tray correctly. The use of trays in weddings is generally divided into chest support and kneeling support. No matter which usage, the tray should be placed in the middle of the left hand, and then the five fingers should be the main strength, and the palm and wrist should be the matching strength. Remember not to use the palm as the main force, so it is easy to lose the center of gravity on both sides of the tray and eventually lead to the tray tipping over.

1, chest support type: the supervisor toasts the couple with a tray, and the supervisor can take the tray one step away from the groom. The groom gives the bride a drink first, and then picks up another one by himself. Instead of the bride and groom taking it together, it seems that the groom is not a gentleman. When the couple finished the toast and the supervisor came forward to collect the glass, it was also the groom who took back the empty glass in the bride's hand and gave it to the supervisor together.

2. Bow down: This way of kneeling down and toasting the couple is based on chest support. When the supervisor sends the tray to the groom, his right foot stays still and his left foot moves forward, so he naturally kneels down to give the groom an invitation gesture. Then the groom took the glass, gave it to the bride first, and then took his own. After the couple toasted and drank, the supervisor went forward to collect the empty cup, also kneeling.

Kneeling is generally used in high-level or large-scale wedding scenes to improve the service level of weddings. The kneeling service of wedding supervision is often more purely western-style or Japanese-style. Of course, it is also for the supervisor not to stop the newcomers because of their height when delivering wine.

Transfer microphone:

There are two types of monitoring delivery microphones: two-handed microphones and one-handed microphones:

1. Two-handed: When a new person or wedding ceremony or witness needs to speak and supervise the delivery of the microphone, use it on the stage. When submitting a manuscript with both hands, you should also pay attention to using both hands, not one hand, otherwise it is impolite and unprofessional. When handing the microphone, the wheat head is facing outwards rather than towards the guest's body. Generally, it will be submitted on the left hand side of the guest, not on the right hand side.

Before the microphone wedding, first remember to check whether the microphone is fully charged and turned on. When submitting, remind the other party that the microphone has been turned on, so as to avoid the person who holds the microphone habitually picking it up and patting it with his hand, so that the live sound will make a noise or scream.

2. One-handed style: Generally, when a newcomer faces the oath, the producer just hands the microphone from the groom in order not to appear in the camera as much as possible, just like the wheat head moves forward instead of backward. Otherwise, it will be inconvenient for the groom to pick it up backhand, and so will the recycling microphone.

Please stand up:

Please stand up with both hands first, not one hand or one finger. In fact, this gesture is most suitable for the music conductor to ask the musician to stand up. Smile on your face, open your hands, and your hands move with the rhythm of gestures from bottom to top, including your whole body and eyes.

The act of toasting:

The supervisor opened his right hand and made a gesture of holding the cup from the outside to the inside.

Turn on the light:

When you want to turn on the lights in the audience, your hands are higher than your head, and your palms and face slowly open to the ceiling.

Turn off the lights:

Turning off the light is similar to turning on the light, but finally the hand is slowly removed from Zhang's position.

Pause operation:

Pause means that the palm of the left hand is put down, and the real finger and middle finger of the right hand are put up in the palm of the left hand, just above the chest.

The act of stopping:

The action of stopping is based on pause, but the difference is that the right hand is placed in the palm of the left hand and the five fingers are close together.

The act of directing the delivery of goods:

For example, when the supervisor invites bridesmaids to the venue to send rings or staff to send things, he raises his hands and palms to his face and waves to the staff two or three times from the outside to the inside. When the other party confirms the instruction and has executed it, you can put down your hand.

The action of confirming the gesture:

At the beginning of the wedding ceremony, the supervisor can not only call all the staff to get ready through the intercom, but also confirm whether the staff at the wedding site are ready through the gesture confirmation command. Confirmation gesture means that the supervisor raises the finger of his right hand above his head, and the gesture is opposite to the whole body. When the other person's work is ready, he will give the same gesture to confirm or make an OK gesture. When the other person is not ready, make a gesture of no or shake his head. Then at this time, the supervisor should know what happened at the first time and handle it well before confirming the next link.

Show the behavior of an object:

Supervise the actions that need to be taken in the wedding to show the vows of love of the couple, the couplets or paintings presented by the guests, the handprints pressed by the couple and so on. Moreover, this kind of display is also different from the way that hostesses hold display cards in some competitions.

1, the first kind of display, such as small items, can be displayed directly on the chest or on the shoulder;

2. The second way to display items such as couplets or pictures is to hold the upper part of the right hand with one knee when necessary, and the face of the supervisor can face the camera and audience at the same time with the items, without facing the audience sideways.

The act of lifting the cloth:

On many wedding cake tables, we will fold the towel cloth and put the cake knife in it. Then, when the couple cut the cake, our supervisor gently picked up the mouth cloth and knife with both hands, handed the handle to the couple, slowly pulled out the mouth cloth, put his left hand 90 degrees on his chest, and hung the mouth cloth directly on his left arm. Then make an invitation gesture with your right hand and invite the couple to open the happy cake together. When cutting the cake, the supervisor will wrap the cut knife with a mouth cloth and put it back in place.

Some supervisors are also shaking the cloth to open it. That is, when the newcomer holds the handle, the supervisor pulls the mouth cloth outward with his right hand, which is very capable and cool. I don't recommend this way, because I once saw a supervisor accidentally throw the knife and the cloth on the VIP table while pulling the cloth out. It was too dangerous.

Direction guiding actions: front, back, left, right, up and down.

Every action of the service supervisor is very important at the wedding. The wedding producer also needs to locate the position of the couple on the stage when rehearsing for the couple. The best place for the couple to stand on the stage is the first third from the middle of the stage. In order not to block the sight of guests and photographers when directing the wedding, I knelt in front of the stage and gestured with my palm. Don't speak loudly, and command from left to right.

Supervise the volume debugging operation:

During the wedding, when the musicians are playing music, especially when the sound control stations in some wedding scenes are not in the wedding scene but in a separate sound control room, the musicians can only see the wedding scene through the monitoring video in the sound control room, so it is often difficult to know whether the music on the scene is in the best state when playing music, especially when the wedding scene is noisy and the walkie-talkie is not very useful, and the wedding supervisor needs to cooperate with the musicians through gestures.

When the instructor's right hand or left hand is placed in the ear position, the thumb and real finger become C-shaped, but pulling up the ear means that the sound needs to be improved, and pulling down means that the sound needs to be reduced. When it is at its best, just give the musician an OK gesture, which is a standard gesture to guide the adjustment of music size.
