Video plays no role in post-editing. First, you use a high-speed camera to shoot a video at a speed of several thousand frames per second or even higher, and then play it back at a normal speed of 25 frames per second. You will see a smooth and clear slow-motion picture of a bullet penetrating an object. And your slowdown is actually to slow down the normal shooting of 25 frames per second, so there will be a card-by-card phenomenon. In this case, even using software to supplement 25 frames per second can't solve this phenomenon, because the added frames can't solve the inconsistency of the picture.
