Xihe River belongs to Zengdu District, Suizhou City, Hubei Province, and is located in the east of Zengdu District. Suizhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Hubei Province, located in the north of Hubei Province. Upon inquiry, Xihe belongs to Suizhou City, but it has not been merged into Suizhou City. Suizhou is located at the intersection of the Yangtze River Basin and Huaihe River Basin, with Wuhan in the east, Xiangyang in the west, Nanyang and Xinyang in the north and Jingzhou in the south.
