Jinghai county in Tianjin governs the town. Daqiuzhuang Town was built in 1993. Located in the southwest of the city, with an area of 7.2 square kilometers and a population of 30,000 (including 5,000 registered residents). It has jurisdiction over four village committees: Yaoshun Street, Wanquan Street, Jinmei Street and Jinhai Street. Mainly based on industrial production, it has formed a production pattern with steel processing industry as the main body and machinery, chemical industry, electrical appliances and other industries as the backbone.
