1. Personnel operating the hydraulic station must be trained and qualified. The operation must be carried out by two people at the same time, one is responsible for the sequence command and the other is responsible for the specific operation. In order to ensure the correctness of the implementation, the operator must repeat the commander's password loudly before the operation, and the commander does not need to answer when he hears the correct feedback, otherwise it should be corrected in time.

2. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the demoulding/clamping screws have been removed, whether the hydraulic pipelines have been connected correctly, and whether the circuit breakers of all electrical units are closed.

3. Reset the emergency stop button and start the hydraulic station.

4. Perform demoulding/closing operation.

5. After the operation, press the emergency stop button.

6. Turn off the main power supply.
