In a sense, this kind of thing has imperceptibly influenced our national spirit.

Without credit, enterprises will lose customers, markets and hopes. There are many reasons why some enterprises can flourish, get out of China and occupy an important position in the world market, but "honesty-oriented" is one of the decisive factors; On the contrary, if you cheat in order to maximize profits, shoddy goods, confuse the fake with the real, and break your promise, although you may have temporary benefits, you will eventually lose your reputation and reap the consequences. I remember that in the early days of reform and opening up, some Wenzhou people blindly pursued profits, made shoddy shoes, especially shoes made of cardboard, and pretended to be leather shoes. They were thrown into the garbage bin less than two days after they bought them, which led many shops across the country to put up the sign that "Wenzhou shoes are not sold in our shop", and Wenzhou footwear industry finally struggled. In the 1990s, Wenzhou people woke up.
Fake and shoddy products have been effectively carved from the roots. In Hangzhou Wulin Square, Wenzhou people burned tens of thousands of pairs of inferior Wenzhou shoes to show their determination to "operate with integrity". After more than ten years of long and difficult journey of brand remolding, Wenzhou's goods have slowly regained the trust of Chinese people with low prices and high quality, so Wenzhou has become one of the first regions in China to get rich. Wenzhou people also regard August 8, the time of burning shoes, as "Honesty Day" as a warning. The case of "Wenzhou Leather Shoes" tells us that if we don't pay attention to honesty for one day, it will be difficult to build a brand for many years, and the road to rectification will surely pay a higher price.
Honesty and trustworthiness is the foundation of being a man, because one does not live in isolation in the world. We should live and work, communicate with others and coordinate social relations. Only by treating work, family and society honestly can one understand each other, live in harmony with others and gain their trust, respect, cooperation and help. As the saying goes, with honesty, people will be willing to make friends and make good friends, because this kind of communication is honest, credible, safe and reliable. However, if a person is used to practicing fraud and deceiving others, he will eventually stand the test of time and will be despised and spurned by others sooner or later.
It seems not difficult to be honest and trustworthy, but nowadays fewer and fewer people can persist in "honesty" and "carry it forward". The story of "wolf coming" has been handed down from generation to generation. The boy who said "the wolf is coming" has been eaten by the wolf, but some dishonest people still have a certain market in real life. As a result, some people choose to lie, sell fakes and cheat in exams as shortcuts to success. Driven by money, material and interests, some people and some enterprises have ruthlessly put integrity aside. Even between enterprises and employees, there is such a phenomenon of "dishonesty". For example, enterprises self-destruct their commitments to employees' wages, bonuses, welfare and other aspects, and always think that they are strong and should have the final say. Employees, on the other hand, take job-hopping, confidential information of enterprises and customers as their "reward" for dishonesty, which brings tangible or intangible losses to enterprises. Therefore, the examples of the two sides going to court are often seen in newspapers, and there are countless examples. Of course, the law can solve these disputes, but the energy, financial resources and material resources paid by both sides can not be completely solved in the form of law, and the final result is still mutual loss.
How can we avoid this "lose-lose" situation? I think the integrity of both parties is the most important. Both enterprises keep their promises and employees are honest and reliable, and neither party can neglect it. Enterprises should keep their promises in the management of employees, and the promised things must be done, otherwise they should not promise. If the energy agrees with the harmful consequences of failure, I think it will definitely outweigh the impact of disagreement. Employees also have the obligation to be honest and trustworthy to the enterprise. For example, employees' loyalty obligation to the enterprise is to maximize the interests of the company as their own pursuit, and not to seek personal gain by taking advantage of their positions in the enterprise; Shall not take advantage of the convenience of mastering the business secrets of the enterprise to harm the legitimate rights and interests of the company; Abide by the contract signed with the enterprise, forget profit and righteousness, jump ship casually and so on. Only when both parties are honest and trustworthy can employees serve the enterprise wholeheartedly, and the enterprise can take this opportunity to go one step further and achieve "win-win".
Countless facts have proved that "being proud of honesty and trustworthiness" is not only the foundation of our foundation, but also a powerful spiritual pillar for our country and nation to live endlessly and prosper.
