Otherwise, in addition to not fully expressing ideas and delaying the progress of the project, the most important time for starting a business is opportunity and cost. It is best to have a strong architect for technology, and the product is the core of the website. How you develop in the future basically depends on the structure. If not, it will be too late to start training now. It is necessary for team members to be in tune, at least in the initial stage. There is no need to spend time on internal friction. It is best to have friends who have worked together for a while. 2. Product: Value+Innovation When we make a product, we consider its value, its value to users and its commercial value. For internet entrepreneurship, I prefer to regard it as a creative job. We are creating new things, creating new services, or changing and upgrading existing services to make users experience better. At the same time, who do we create commercial value to cater to? Practically speaking, starting a business is to create business value. If you don't know where the business exit is, who will pay for your business in the future? You also need to consider product differentiation and don't compete with giants. 3. Mentality: Time is the fundamental condition for testing the success of the project. Starting a business is not a matter of half a year, and it needs to be managed with care. Entrepreneurship will face many problems and difficulties. Many times it is inner suffering. Persistence does not necessarily win, and giving up is bound to fail. Faced with all kinds of problems, sometimes the most difficult thing to maintain is inner peace. It is difficult to be a business. It needs to go through several stages. The first step is to develop it and improve it. The second step is to accumulate several users. The third step is to accumulate users to a certain scale. The number of visits to the website is also a reference. The fourth step may be exploratory business exploration. The fifth step may be the real large-scale business model development, and then continue to develop and expand the scale. These all need time, and they all need a stable mentality to operate steadily. No industry can change the nature of business, the rules of business are unchanged, and impetuous mentality can only encourage signs, and ultimately nothing, including quick success in investment. 4. Funds: The necessary funds in the initial stage need the necessary funds. At least you know that this money can put your project on a certain track. Maybe the source of this money should come from within the team. If your money is not enough to support the necessary development, it is best not to start a business, otherwise it will only waste time and money. When the project reaches a certain level, investment is necessary, but short-sighted and speculative investors need entrepreneurs to be extra careful, because there are countless cases in which investment has ruined the development of the project. Financing is a game process between entrepreneurs and investors, which requires equality between both sides, including mutual recognition of personality, mentality and value. Investment is sometimes to integrate the resources of project development, and they are also one of the project members. 5. Experience: Medium working experience 80% of the entrepreneurs of the most successful Internet companies in the world are under the age of 30. There is another figure, 90% of college students will fail to start a business, and the failure rate of college students' internet entrepreneurship may be 99%. Besides other factors, I feel that I need moderate work experience, which tests the sensitivity and judgment of entrepreneurs to unpredictable things in the future, and it is often because of this feeling-based decision that the success of entrepreneurship is determined. At the same time, many professional qualities are also honed in the work, and people, things, management, communication, business and contacts will be relatively mature. 6. Resources: necessary resources to promote the development of the project. For example, if you want to be a shopping or business community, the necessary resources for the development of this project may be: opinion leaders in a certain field, sales channels for a certain product, potential partners, marketing channels for community communication, media companies with high-end customer resources, and so on. If you don't have the necessary resources within your resources, it is very likely that at a certain stage, it will be very slow and even surpassed by rising stars. I once chatted with a VC friend. He said: "The entrepreneurial environment in China is not good, and the investment environment is also very poor. The investment sources of investment projects are not creative. " People who have no resources will often make wedding dresses for others, unless your products are so good that VC has no choice. 7. Media: the communication channels and word-of-mouth of marketing. I think it is difficult for start-up enterprises to have enough strength to promote the project, and the market budget is insufficient. They need to skillfully follow the trend and mobilize the word-of-mouth power of web2.0. In this era of Internet eyeball economy, the exposure will also determine the certain value content of the project. If we can integrate some websites with resources to help spread, borrow the power of bloggers' word-of-mouth, and unite some low-cost communication groups or media resources with personal connections, we can greatly promote the marketing of the project with good results and low cost. Start-ups need to know how to be small and wide. Look at the road we've traveled. It is true that many conditions are not met. I think accumulation and precipitation are what we need most.
