How to install chandeliers
I. Preparation of materials and tools
(1) Building materials: The following materials are commonly used.
(1) The supporting members are mainly made of wood (square wood, square wood and water plank with different specifications), aluminum alloy (plate and profile) and steel (section steel, flat steel and steel plate).
② Use plastic, plexiglass and glass as spacers, and use external decorative veneers, radiating plates and copper plates. Anodized aluminum oxide plates are used as decorative parts.
③ Other accessories such as screws, nails, rivets, finished lamps, adhesives, etc.
(2) Construction tools: pliers, screwdriver, hammer, chainsaw, electric hammer, manual, ruler, paint brush, etc.
Second, the structural layer connection
(1) Operation method: mainly consider the connection between embedded parts and transition pieces.
(1) Firstly, iron or wooden bricks (except water bricks for bearing) are embedded in the structural layer. The embedding position should be accurate and there should be enough adjustment space.
(2) Set transition connectors on iron pieces and wooden bricks to adjust the error of the blocks, and nail, weld and screw the blocks.
(3) The suspenders and slings are connected by transitional connectors.
(2) Precautions for installation: The following three points should be noted during installation.
(1) When installing, if there are multiple chandeliers, pay attention to their position and length relationship. The chandelier can be installed at the same time as the ceiling, so that the position and height of the lamp can be adjusted according to the ceiling joists.
(2) When the boom extends out of the ceiling, it must face the method of direct extension and the method of casing. The method of adding pipes is beneficial to installation, which can ensure the integrity of ceiling board, and only drill holes where pipes need to be placed. The hanging cup directly out of the ceiling is not easy to align when installing. Sometimes the suspenders can be installed first, and then the panels can be cut off to dig holes, but it has an impact on the decorative effect.
(3) Derrick should have a certain length of thread for height adjustment. Pay attention to the reliability of the connection when hanging the light box under the sling boom.
Third, joist connection
The suspenders and slings are directly nailed and screwed on the secondary keel, or connected to the vertical grid through the above-mentioned plate perforation method. Or suspended from additional cross joists between secondary grids. The light source power used for ceiling lamps is 40 ~ 100 W for incandescent bulbs and 30 ~ 40 W for fluorescent lamps. ..
