Steps of sticking cultural stone to the wall
First of all, make sure that there is no floating ash, greasy and other things that are easy to produce interlayer on the wall where you want to paste wall tiles. Then, if the tile is glazed tile, soak it in water until the tile does not absorb water, and then take it out and dry it until it is slightly dry. In addition, ensure that tile adhesive or cement does not expire. Stir the adhesive with water into a thick paste and stick it on the front wall and stone, and ensure a certain humidity. Strong bodies that are too dry must spray water, and stones that are too dry must be wet.

Cement mortar needs 108 glue.

If cement is used as binder, 108 glue should be added to the cement mortar during construction, and the wall back and cultural stone should be wetted at the same time. It is recommended to use a dedicated bonding mortar.

Guaranteed horizontal line

Play a horizontal line every 30cm on the construction wall to ensure the level of the cultural stone construction process.

Stick the corner stone first.

When pasting, first paste the corner stone and compact it, so that the adhesive squeezed around the stone can be integrated, and the long and short corner stones should be staggered.

Pre-placed cultural stone

Cultural stone plane, put the product graphics in advance before construction, confirm the effect after construction, and adjust the overall balance and beauty first.

Staggered joint structure

When pasting cultural stone, it needs to be staggered horizontally by 80cm- 100cm and vertically by 20cm-30cm. Apply adhesive with comb plastering knife when pasting.

Hook mortar joint

Mortar joint: cut off the top with a special cake decorative bag, and put the prepared jointing materials for extrusion jointing. Generally, the joints that reflect the best three-dimensional effect of cultural stones are the main ones. When the jointing agent is half dry, press the jointing agent with a special bamboo piece to make it close to the cultural stone, and at the same time scrape the excess jointing agent clean. When it is slightly dry, gently brush off the excess joint coating with a brush. The jointing surface should be kept rough and flat, and the bonding jointing of cultural stone should be cleaned up with a coarse brush.
