There are roughly two situations: First, all the lights are turned off. In this case, either the cat is broken or the power supply is broken. In this case, you'd better borrow a power supply from your neighbor first. If it is really broken, you can replace it all or buy an adaptive power supply at a low price.

Second, just the yellow light is off or flashing, and so on. You can unplug and plug it in every once in a while. If not, you should consider the wiring problem or whether the service is suspended because of no payment.
