2) Drawing: Outline drawing design
3) Drawing confirmation: Drawing modification
4) Mould making: layout design, photoetching film making (electrode x2, frame, silver dot, PI, test PCB), screen printing, letterpress and test bench.
5) Sampling: sample preparation.
6) Sample confirmation: re-sampling or re-sampling after modifying the mold.
2. Mold opening cycle: the general drawing is 1 ~ 3 days, depending on the complexity of the drawing and the integrity of the original data; The proofing time (including mold making) is generally about 2 weeks after the drawings are confirmed. Sample making involves many links, including mold design, mold making, material selection, process selection, trial production, sample testing and so on. So the probability of a success is about 90%. If it is not successful, the cycle may be significantly extended.
3. Sample quantity: 5 ~ 10 (otherwise agreed in special circumstances).
4. Revision of drawings: Before the drawings are formally confirmed, any revision opinions can be put forward. We will modify the drawings as soon as possible, unlimited times, without charging any modification fees. Of course, this may affect the cycle.
5. No new mold opening fee is required for the following re-sampling: modify Vo, modify polarization mode, and the samples are inconsistent with the drawings confirmed by the buyer due to the supplier.
6. Re-sampling or modifying the mold after production requires re-charging the mold opening fee: the sample is consistent with the drawings confirmed by the buyer, but modified (size, display pattern, logic table, observation direction, etc.). ) requirements lead to the need to re-manufacture the mold.
