In order to comprehensively consolidate and improve the quality of rural human settlements in yangqiao Street and create a good eco-livable environment, recently, yangqiao Street in Songming County held a work conference on rural human settlements transformation and upgrading in 2022. Members of the street party and government team, heads of various departments, and secretaries and deputy secretaries of Party branches in various communities attended the meeting.
The meeting affirmed the good results of rural human settlements improvement in 12 community since 2026, and pointed out that the improvement of rural human settlements is a popular project and a long-term task that needs long-term efforts. There is no best, only better. We must roll up our sleeves and continue our work.
The meeting put forward five requirements for the rural human settlement environment in 2022: First, encourage all communities to give full play to their resource advantages, make unified planning and rational layout, and strive to build characteristic boutique demonstration villages; Second, it is necessary to combine the pilot work of building houses in rural areas, demolish old houses and dangerous houses, make rational planning and utilization of idle land after clearing large areas of open space and breaking walls, and make every effort to improve the appearance of villages; Third, continue to promote the "school-land integration", promote the integrated development of streets and vocational education parks, and help improve the rural living environment with wisdom; Fourth, it is necessary to gradually realize the full coverage of rural rain and sewage diversion pipe network, collect and treat sewage for secondary utilization, and put an end to secondary pollution; Fifth, make every effort to build an infrastructure management and protection mechanism, and promote the integrated operation guarantee of infrastructure construction and village cleaning in accordance with the principle of "three separate construction and seven separate management".
