After long-term fatigue use or in a humid environment, several parts of the spindle may be worn or rusted; If it is not used for a long time, the bearing will rust. Solution: Clean the bearing and adjust the grease or replace the bearing.

2, bed deformation

Improper installation of the machine tool will cause the deformation of the machine tool bed, which will make the big carriage move too tightly or get stuck. Solution: loosen the anchor bolt and restore it to its original state, and reinstall it to ensure that the foot of the bed is flush with the workbench (this solution is for the installation of new machine tools).

3. The guide rail enters the chip

Loosen the screws of the big carriage, and remove the guard plate and guard plate of the big carriage.
