That is, 1, the treatment expenses meet the catalogue of work-related injury insurance diagnosis and treatment items, the catalogue of work-related injury insurance drugs and the hospitalization service standard of work-related injury insurance, and the expenses for installing and using auxiliary devices confirmed by the labor ability appraisal committee shall be paid by the work-related injury insurance fund; 2. During the period of shutdown with pay, the employer shall pay the same wages and benefits during the normal working period before the shutdown with pay, and pay them monthly.
