Treatment of cavernous lymphangioma
1. Surgical resection

Surgical resection is the main treatment. Huge and deep cavernous lymphangioma is difficult to remove. For the purpose of plastic surgery, or to reduce the oppression of tumors on adjacent organs, sometimes only partial resection of tumors can be performed.

2. Necrosis therapy

It is suitable for cavernous lymphangioma of neck, mouth, tongue and deep part. Because the operation is on the neck and face, it is easy to cause volume loss and facial nerve injury, with much bleeding and high recurrence rate. However, necrosis therapy is simple in operation, more effective than surgical treatment, with low recurrence rate and fewer complications.

3. Cryotherapy, laser and sclerosing agent.

The therapeutic effect is not ideal, and cavernous lymphangioma is not sensitive to radiation.
