10 1.04 standards and specifications
1. The materials, equipment and processes used in the project implementation shall meet the corresponding requirements of this specification and other standards and specifications cited in this specification.
2. In the whole process of project implementation, if the referenced standards or specifications are revised or newly promulgated, it shall be up to the Employer to decide whether to use the new standards or specifications, and the Contractor shall implement them according to the Employer's decision under the supervision of the supervisor. Employers should bear the increased costs of adopting new standards and codes.
3. For any part of the standards or specifications adopted in the project, when the contractor thinks that the adoption of other standards or specifications can ensure that the project can meet higher quality requirements, the contractor shall submit it to the supervisor for approval 42d ago. 4. 10 1.05 contractor's construction machinery
1. General requirements
(1) All construction machinery used in engineering construction must have complete models, complete with construction quality and progress, and their mechanical conditions should meet the engineering requirements and ensure the quality of work.
(2) The use and operation of construction machinery shall not damage, destroy or pollute subgrade, pavement, structures, adjacent public facilities, property or other highways.
(3) The construction equipment promised by the contractor must arrive at the site on time without delay, shortage or arbitrary replacement. The contractor has provided the above equipment as promised, but if the construction equipment used by the contractor cannot meet the contract schedule and/or quality requirements, the supervisor has the right to ask the contractor to supplement or replace the construction equipment. The Contractor shall make timely replenishment or replacement, and the additional expenses and/or delay in construction period shall be borne by the Contractor.
2. Construction machinery specified in the specification
(1) If the specification requires a certain operation to be completed by a certain construction machinery, it must be used unless the supervisor approves the use of other machinery.
(2) When the contractor requires the use of non-standard construction machinery, he shall submit a written application to the supervisor, and fully explain and explain the reasons for this change when replacing the construction machinery.
(3) The above written application must be approved by the supervisor before the construction machinery can be replaced and put into use. At the same time, the contractor cannot be exempted from any responsibility or obligation stipulated in the contract.
(4) If, after the test, the supervisor judges that the operation result cannot meet the specification requirements, the contractor shall stop using the replaced machinery, and continue to use the construction machinery required by the specification as instructed by the supervisor, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by the contractor.
(5) According to the implementation of the project, the contractor shall attach a detailed construction machinery list when submitting the schedule. The table shall include the model, energy size, power, origin, manufacturing date, quantity and date of entry into the construction site of all kinds of machinery, and shall be submitted to the supervisor for approval. 10 1.06 engineering quantity measurement
1. General requirements
(1) All engineering projects in this specification, except those specified individually, adopt legal units of measurement in China, namely international units and auxiliary units derived from the international system of units.
(2) The measurement and payment of this specification should be read together with the contract terms, bill of quantities and drawings, and the payment item number in the bill of quantities is consistent with the chapter number of this specification.
(3) The measurement of any project shall be carried out according to the provisions of this specification or the written instructions of the supervisor.
(4) The measurement and calculation methods for the quantity of materials provided under the contract and the quantity of completed projects shall comply with the provisions of this specification. All these methods shall be approved or instructed by the Supervisor. The contractor shall provide all metering equipment and conditions, and ensure the accuracy of its equipment meets the requirements.
(5) Unless otherwise permitted by the supervisor, all measurement work shall be measured and recorded by the contractor in the presence of the supervisor. The original survey record signed by the contractor shall be submitted to the supervisor for review and preservation.
(6) The quantities shall be calculated by the contractor and rechecked by the supervisor. A copy of the bill of quantities shall be submitted to the supervisor and kept by the supervisor.

2. Weight
(1) All materials measured or designed by weight shall be weighed by competent and qualified personnel on accurate and approved scales at places designated or approved by the supervision engineer.

3. Area

4. Structure
(1) The net dimension line of the structure shall be as shown in the drawings, or modified by dimension line measurement as instructed by the supervisor.

5. Earthworks

(2) The measurement of different types of excavation and fill shall be limited to the boundaries shown in the drawings, and shall be indicated on the approved cross-sectional drawings.
(3) The earthwork used for filling shall be measured according to the elevation of the longitudinal section and the compacted subgrade surface. When quoting, the contractor shall consider the volume difference caused by excavation or transportation.

6. Transport vehicle volume
(1) Materials measured by volume shall be shipped by vehicles approved by the supervisor and measured at the delivery place.
(2) For vehicles used for volume transportation, the shape and size of the carriage should make its capacity easy to be accurately measured, and the accuracy should be guaranteed. Every car should be clearly marked. The quantity of materials transported by each vehicle shall be agreed in writing by the supervisor and the contractor in advance.
(3) All vehicles should be loaded to a horizontal volume height. When the vehicle arrives at the delivery place, the supervisor may require the goods to be leveled again, and the materials exceeding the quota will not be paid. Vehicles whose traffic volume can't reach the quota shall be rejected or accepted according to the reduction determined by the supervisor. 7. Conversion between weight and volume

8. Asphalt and cement

10 1.09 tax and insurance
1. The contractor shall pay relevant taxes and fees in accordance with People's Republic of China (PRC), national tax laws and local government regulations.

3.
