When opening the dressing 24 hours after operation, pay attention to cleaning the wound and keep it clean. Ice compress within 48 hours after operation and hot compress after 72 hours. Avoid seafood, spicy and irritating substances, and prohibit smoking and drinking. Antibiotics were used for 3 ~ 5 days after operation, and stitches were removed for 5 ~ 7 days after operation. The postoperative recovery period is about one week, which is not suitable for follow-up. Changes in postoperative recovery period There may be ecchymosis around the eyes in the early postoperative period, and some may have cyanosis. The swelling was obvious within 2 ~ 3 days, disappeared after 5 ~ 6 days, and the ecchymosis gradually turned pale yellow. Cold compress can be used within 24 hours after operation, and hot compress can be used to promote the swelling to subside after suture removal.
