Excuse me, which hospital in Huaihua can do myopia correction surgery?
Better not do it. After doing this, the eyes will become very fragile and prone to various eye diseases. Late presbyopia. Science and technology in developed countries are so developed. Why do so many doctors and people still wear contact lenses? All this is self-evident. . . . . .

At present, the incidence of myopia in China is above 30%, more than half of middle school students and 74% of college students! In order to solve this problem, a method for treating myopia appeared: LASIK. LASIK laser surgery is a popular method to treat myopia recently. Since the first LASIK operation was carried out in 1997, so far, millions of patients in China have undergone this operation. LASIK can improve patients' vision in a short time, so it attracts thousands of people who are eager to take off their glasses. But most of these people know nothing about this operation. Why are there so many doctors wearing glasses in eye centers of many hospitals? Why not do such a good operation? I didn't realize it was a conspiracy until a few months ago! Myopia surgery is the biggest conspiracy in the medical field in this century!

In March, 2002, a friend of mine had LASIK surgery in a well-known third-class first-class hospital in China. Before the operation, he passed all the examinations in the hospital and all the results were normal. No abnormality was found in corneal topography. My friend took off his 850-degree glasses as he wished, but just a month ago, my friend found that his vision dropped sharply and there was a lot of irregular astigmatism. Later, I went to another hospital for examination and was finally diagnosed with keratoconus. The final result of keratoconus is corneal transplantation, and corneal donors are very nervous. My friend feels that life is worse than death now. You know, my friend is only in her thirties, and now her husband is waiting to divorce her. Before her operation, I learned that she was operating in a third-class first-class hospital, and I didn't object at that time.

As a doctor, I know a little about ophthalmology. Here I would like to express my personal views on this issue. First of all, the principle of LASIK is to make a flap on the cornea of130-160um (1um is11000mm), which is equivalent to a concave lens on the cornea. Myopia can be corrected by changing the curvature of corneal stroma. However, the corneal stroma cannot be cut indefinitely, and a certain safe thickness must be maintained, which is generally recognized as 4 10um (there is no definite evidence to prove it at present), or the corneal stroma thickness must be kept above 250, otherwise keratoconus will appear. Normal people's cornea thickness is about 500 ~ 600um. When myopia is reduced by 100 degrees, the depth of 14um should be cut according to the cutting diameter (cutting range) of 6.5mm, while the cutting diameter of 6.0 should be cut by 100 degrees. In addition, astigmatism should also be cut. So the deeper the degree, the more likely it is to be dangerous. Because 4 10 is a lower limit, people with myopic astigmatism of 600-800 degrees are generally close to this lower limit after cutting, which is easy to cause problems.

So, what are the fatal shortcomings of LASIK? We know that normal corneal foot can resist the pressure of intraocular pressure on cornea. Because LASIK cuts corneal tissue, the cut corneal tissue can't resist the pressure of intraocular pressure on the cornea, so the cornea will gradually become sharper and eventually form keratoconus, and the consequence of keratoconus is to lose vision forever. In order to make huge profits, some hospitals did not inform patients of this consequence. In addition, the hospital's view that laser surgery will not cause blindness is wrong, and keratoconus can be considered as indirect blindness. In addition, some hospitals think that keeping 4 10 is the bottom line of safety, so what is the basis? Keratoconus will be produced below 4 10, so who can guarantee that people whose corneal thickness is close to the lower limit will not gradually deform around 10 to produce keratoconus? Who can stand up and guarantee that those who need to cut more corneal tissue because of high myopia (above 600 degrees) will not have problems in 15 or 20 years?

We know that a medical technology has to go through an observation period from invention to clinical application. LASIK technology has been implemented in China for less than eight years, but it has been widely used in clinic by ophthalmologists in China. They know the danger of this operation (anyone who knows a little about ophthalmology can understand it, let alone doctors), but they are all over the world, deceiving patients and using their eyes as experiments. Are you still human? The doctor is called angels in white. Your duty is to save people, not to carve up a market and harm people with an immature technology! Keratoconus produced after LASIK is considered as a terminal disease in medicine at present, and finally the problem can only be solved by corneal transplantation! Every operation can bring you thousands of dollars in profits, and for these profits, you actually treat the majority of patients as experiments, hiding the risk of surgery, and making the majority of patients face the risk of blindness or quasi-blindness in a few years. How safe you are! What is your conscience when you plant a time bomb in the eyes of millions of people? ! At present, there are problems in tertiary hospitals in big cities. What can you small hospitals in underdeveloped areas do to ensure the safety of surgery?

Anyone with conscience sees this article. If you think this article is reasonable, please forward it to other forums to let more people know the truth. The majority of patients, especially young friends, if you are not afraid of the fact that you will be blind or quasi-blind at the peak of your career in a few years, please boldly become a doctor's experiment!
