(1) Although the incision and tissue wound have been sutured, there is still a small amount of oozing blood, or the closed small blood vessels are recanalized during the operation. Therefore, the first thing to pay attention to after operation is to avoid continuous bleeding on the suture surface of tissue. Often can take cold compress (ice compress, cold towel), with elastic bandage pressure bandage, not easy to bend over, can't forcibly open or close your eyes.

(2) After the eyelid tissue is injured by surgery, there will be reactive edema between cells. Remember that eyelid edema is a normal phenomenon, don't worry. Taking pressure dressing and cold compress can help alleviate the above phenomenon, but if the swelling is serious and developing, it should be rechecked in time.

(3) You can't wipe the seams with unsterilized items.

(4) Due to the different technical levels of operators, eyelid tissue may be accidentally damaged, and special attention should be paid to the following dangerous symptoms:

① Severe postoperative retrobulbar pain, accompanied by headache, blurred vision and conjunctival congestion, was caused by retrobulbar hemorrhage. Serious complications of blindness may occur if the patients are not treated in time.

② There was no serious edema in the upper eyelid.
