basal anesthesia
Basic anesthesia is a common anesthesia method for children. Use sedatives before operation, and then use local anesthesia or nerve plexus anesthesia, so that the baby can operate in a quiet state.
hypothermic anesthesia
Hypothermic anesthesia is often used in pediatric cardiovascular surgery. This anesthesia method needs to block the circulation, lower the body temperature, replace the baby's respiratory and circulatory functions with artificial heart-lung machine, and maintain the lowest metabolic level. Postoperative intelligence tests showed that the baby's IQ was not affected.
local anaesthesia
Local anesthesia includes local training anesthesia, spinal anesthesia and nerve plexus anesthesia. These anesthesia methods only hinder the conduction of nerve fibers or nerve trunks and play the role of local anesthesia. The baby stays awake during anesthesia and has no effect on intellectual development.
