In the early years of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, Huichuan County entered the province for state administration. In the eighth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1375), it was changed from Qing to Qing, and later called Qing County (there was a river in the south of the city at that time, which was often flooded, so it was changed to Qing, meaning evergreen all the year round), and it belonged to Hejian House.
