According to different materials and thicknesses, the choice of welding wire, current and voltage is also different.
The movable arm is a thin-plate box structure, and the deformation should be considered first when welding. Generally, the method of subsection symmetrical welding is adopted.
At the same time, reinforcing ribs are used to reduce welding deformation. After welding, heat treatment (stress annealing) is required, and the reinforcing ribs can only be taken out after being stored at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
