Ingredients: 200G of flour, 2G of yeast, 35G of pitted red dates, and two short pieces of yam (not put).
The red dates are pitted, washed and mashed with yam several times. Add yeast into water, add flour and knead into dough with meat grinder, add yam and jujube paste and stir well again.
Knead into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and make it twice as big. The proofed dough is honeycomb-shaped. Knead it again and exhaust it. Pull a small group into a big cake and cut it into irregular triangles.
Roll it up from the wide side, steam it in cold water for 20 minutes, steam it for another 3 minutes, and then take it out.
