Tianmu Mountain, known as "the big tree and canopy covering all the nine states", is located in Lin'an District, northwest of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province . The ancient name was Fuyu Mountain, and the name "Tianmu" began in the Han Dynasty. It has two peaks, the east and west, with a pool on the top of each, which never dries up all year round, hence the name.

Tianmu mountain peaks are covered with verdant mountains, luxuriant ancient trees, dangerous rocks and strange rocks, as well as flowing springs and waterfalls. It has long been known as the "kingdom of big trees" and "cool world", and is a scenic spot for ancient and modern landscapes. There are more than 500 Tianmu cedar trees that are more than 500 years old, and they are concentrated in the area from Wuliting to Kaishan Laodian. Cryptomeria No. 141 on the upper right side of the "Big Tree King" is growing vigorously and majestic. It has been recognized by everyone as the new Big Tree King of Tianmu Mountain. Experts believe that the cryptomeria group in Tianmu Mountain is rare in the world and can be called a unique one in China.
