3. Possess primary and secondary school teacher qualifications corresponding to the positions applied for. 4. Be in good health and comply with the "Physical Examination Standards and Methods for Applicants for Teacher Qualifications in Anhui Province" (Jiaoren [2001] No. 35) and "Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination for Teacher Qualifications" (Wan Teacher [2011] No. 1) stipulates that applicants must have the professional qualities and work abilities required by the position and be under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1982).

5. For those who meet one of the following conditions, the age can be relaxed to under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1977):

Persons with the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

5. Recruitment Procedures and Methods

This recruitment of teachers uses a combination of written examination and interview. After the written examination, the shortlisted candidates for the interview will be determined at a ratio of 1:3 according to the subject recruitment plan. After passing the qualification review before the interview, the shortlisted candidates will receive the "Baohe District 2012 Open Recruitment Interview Notice for Primary and Secondary School and Kindergarten Teachers".

(1) Online registration and preliminary qualification review

1. Candidates must log in to the Hefei Personnel Examination Network (www.hfpta.com) to register. The unified registration time is April 17, 2012. :00 to 16:00 on April 24, no processing will be done after the deadline. 2. (1) "Education and Teaching Theory": The content includes educational laws and regulations, pedagogy and psychology Study theory and application, no reference materials are specified, the full score is 100 points, accounting for 30% of the written examination score.

(2) "Subject Professional Knowledge": Mainly includes the "Course Standards" of the applied subject, subject professional knowledge, etc., no reference materials are specified, the full score is 100 points, accounting for 40% of the written examination score.

(3) "Teaching Design" or "Activity Design": No teaching materials are specified, the full score is 100 points, accounting for 30% of the written examination score.

The passing score for education and teaching theory is set at 50 points. Candidates can enter the next step only when they reach the passing score.

According to the written test scores, retaining two decimal places, the interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3 according to the recruitment plan for each position. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores for the last place, the candidate will be chosen based on their scores in "Subject Professional Knowledge". 3. Interview:

The interview content for candidates with special needs for professional skills is to attend class, defend and professional skills assessment. The full score is 100 points and the time is 30 minutes. Candidates’ interview scores will be announced on-site (retaining two decimal places). Candidates must prepare 30 minutes in advance according to the specified content before entering the interview. Those who are unable to attend the interview on time for any reason will have their exam qualifications cancelled, and the vacant seats will not be filled. The interview time and location shall be subject to the interview notice.

In order to ensure the quality of hired teachers, a passing score (60 points) is set for this interview, and the interview score must reach the passing score. Candidates who do not meet the passing score shall not be determined as candidates for the preliminary round.

(3) Determine the preliminary candidates

Based on the combined total scores of the applicants (the written test and interview scores account for 30% and 70% of the total score respectively, with two decimal places retained) , according to the ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of positions applied for, the shortlist of candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores. If there is a tie in total scores, the applicant's interview score will be used as the basis, from high score to low score; if the interview scores are the same again, the applicant's non-student class score will be used as the basis, from high score to low score. (4) Physical examination and political examination

(5) Employment procedures and benefits

1. The recruitment of teachers will be governed by labor contracts. The employer signs a labor contract with the recruiter, and the contract period is set at 3 years. The probation period for employed personnel is 6 months, and the probation period is included in the term of the employment contract. Those who pass the probationary period will be formally employed; those who fail to pass will be cancelled. When the contract expires, the employee can be renewed and the contract re-signed upon mutual agreement. Those who are found to be incompetent for their positions after the assessment will no longer sign a labor contract after the expiration of the term and the labor relationship will be terminated.

2. If the recruiters have a labor contract (or employment contract with a public institution) with the original employer, they will terminate the labor contract (or employment contract with the public institution) with the original employer within the specified time.
