The supervision unit has completed the work content stipulated in the entrusted supervision contract. The construction supervision work of this project is now summarized as follows:
1. Project Overview
Chongqing Commercial and Residential Building is located in Chongqing? New District piece. This project is a high-rise residential building with a seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees, a fire protection level of Level 1, a roof waterproofing level of Level 2, and a designed service life of 5 years. The total construction area of ??this project is 45m2, the total height of the house is 93.m, -3/28 floors, and the maximum span is 7.8m.
The foundation project uses manually dug piles, independent column foundations, and strip foundation trenches. The foundation is placed on weathered mudstone. The designed natural compressive strength of the mudstone is 9.12mpa.
The main structure is a frame shear wall structure, the concrete strength of the main structure is c3-c45, the internal and external filling walls are made of aerated concrete blocks, shale hollow bricks, and mixed mortar (strength grade is m5 .), structural columns, prefabricated small pieces (lintels) concrete c2.
The flat roof has a 3mm waterproof layer of SBS modified asphalt membrane, a 3mm polystyrene board insulation layer, and a 4mm thick fine stone concrete C25 waterproof layer.
The interior is initially renovated, with cement melon stone leveling layer, wall mortar plastering bottom layer, no overlay, ceiling scraping waterproof putty, stairwell floors and steps using wear-resistant floor tiles, and elevator front room It is vitrified floor tiles, wall tiles are pasted at the elevator door, iron railing handrails in the stairwell, and the remaining walls are covered with white latex paint; the balcony railings are made of laminated glass and stainless steel railings, and the entry door is an anti-theft security door, exterior wall window, and balcony door. They are all 5+9a+5 insulating glass-plastic steel windows. The doors and windows of the exterior wall are 5+9a+5 hollow glass-plastic steel windows, and the entrance door is a steel door.

(1) Construction preparation stage

3. Quality control points have been set for key processes or parts that may affect the safety and functionality of the structure, such as: foundation positioning and setting out, inspection and acceptance of pile foundations, concealed acceptance of steel bar projects, formwork and supports. The production and installation, the site acceptance and pouring of concrete, the construction of roofing and bathroom waterproofing projects, the construction of sample walls and sample rooms for decoration projects, etc. Supervision methods such as standing by, inspections, parallel inspections, and witness sampling were adopted during the construction. During the construction, 63 side station supervision records and 15 rectification notices were filled in.

6. (3) Quality acceptance work
The project supervision personnel supervised the entire process of project construction quality and did the following work for construction quality acceptance:
1. Supervise the construction unit to conduct self-inspection and mutual inspection before accepting the project quality. On the basis of self-inspection and assessment, the inspection application will be submitted. The supervising engineer will sign and approve the construction party's application for inspection after passing the inspection.
2. Participate in the acceptance of inspection batches and sub-projects, and the on-site supervision engineer will sign off on the projects that have passed the acceptance.
3. Participate in the acceptance of branch projects, and make project quality evaluation reports for foundation branch projects and main branch projects. The chief supervisory engineer or the director's representative will sign off on the branch projects that have passed the acceptance.
4. During the acceptance process, rectification notices were issued in a timely manner for unqualified engineering projects or quality defects, and the construction units were urged to make timely rectifications. After the rectifications were completed and passed the self-inspection, the supervising engineer re-examined the rectification projects. After acceptance, the rectification receipt was signed and confirmed.
5. Review and sign the construction unit’s application for completion inspection, and issue a unit project quality evaluation report.
6. Participate in the project completion acceptance meeting organized by the construction unit, and prepare a general project construction supervision report.
6. Project construction quality acceptance status
1. Foundation project quality status
This foundation project adopts three foundation forms: manually dug piles , independent column foundations and strip foundations.
The main raw materials of the foundation have reached the qualified standard upon acceptance; the pile end bearing capacity of the piles, the pile embedding depth and the geometric dimensions of the piles all meet the design requirements; the piles’ The axis deviation, pile top elevation, and verticality deviation of the pile body are all within the allowable error range of the specification; the structural concrete specimens have all reached the qualified standard after inspection and evaluation.
The foundation piles were tested by the low-strain reflected wave method, and 5 piles were tested. The concrete on the pile body was complete and the test passed;
This foundation section is divided into earthwork, formwork, For five sub-projects including steel bars, concrete and cast-in-situ structures, there are 71 quality acceptance records for sub-project inspection batches. The quality of each sub-project and inspection batch has reached qualified standards.
On the basis of the self-inspection of the contractor, the project of this division has been verified and accepted by all parties participating in the construction.
2. Quality of the main structure
The main structure of this project is a frame shear wall structure, and the main raw materials entering the site have been accepted to meet the qualified standards.
According to the fact that during the construction process, physical objects such as columns, beams, slabs and brick masonry were witnessed and sampled in accordance with regulations. Concrete specimens, steel welded joints, and mortar specimens all met the design and acceptance Specification requirements.
The Hengyi Experimental Testing Center conducted in-situ testing of the concrete strength of the main structure, and tested 13 floor concrete components (concrete
strength c3-c45), which met the design requirements; The stirrup spacing was tested, and the error values ??were all within the allowable range of the acceptance specifications;
The main part is divided into cast-in-situ structures and filled walls (air-entrained concrete blocks, burned shale hollow bricks) There are 6 sub-projects of body, steel bar, formwork and concrete, and 878 inspection batch acceptance records signed by *** (including 432 for Building 1# and 446 for Building 2#), and each sub-project and inspection batch have passed the acceptance test.
On the basis of the self-inspection of the contractor, the project of this division has been verified and accepted by all parties participating in the construction.
3. Quality of projects in other divisions
⑴Roof waterproofing project: The roof waterproofing details are basically correct, there is no obvious water accumulation on the roof surface, and there is no leakage in the roof water storage test. The quality of the branch's acceptance projects reaches qualified standards.
⑵ The decoration branch has been inspected and accepted: the floor cushion has no sand, cracks, or hollows; the bathroom water storage test has no leakage; the ceiling wall is smooth, without sand, cracks, or hollows , peeling; the doors and windows are installed in the correct opening direction, flexible in opening and closing, and have complete accessories; the railings and handrails are installed firmly, and the safety standards meet the requirements of the specification; the exterior wall bricks have been tested for adhesive strength in 2 groups on the 1# and 2# floors and passed the test.
The Decoration and Decoration Division inspects and accepts the project quality to meet the qualified standards.
⑶ The water supply and drainage branch project has been verified and accepted: the project was constructed strictly according to the drawings, the raw materials used were in line with the design upon entry and acceptance, the positions of the water supply and drainage holes were basically correct; the pipe fittings were all configured according to the design requirements Installation; the slope of the sewage pipe is correct, the drainage is smooth, and there is no leakage; the drainage pipe is filled with water, the ball is passed, and the water is filled with water. There is no leakage in the pipe, and the water pressure of the water supply pipe meets the requirements; the installation errors of the pipes and facilities are all under construction The allowable error range shall be used to ensure that the quality of the acceptance project reaches the qualified standard.
⑷ The electrical installation project has been verified and accepted: the raw materials used in the project are in line with the design upon entry and acceptance, the power line piping is constructed in strict accordance with the drawings, the wire connection loop meets the design requirements, and the interphase insulation meets the requirements; the distribution box , The installation position of the switch socket is correct, and the switch action is accurate; the overall quality of the lightning protection grounding system is good after testing. ⑸Quality inspection and acceptance of thermal insulation and energy-saving projects

14 groups of rubber powder polystyrene particle insulation test blocks, 12 groups of pull-out test of plastic anchor bolts for exterior wall insulation, 4 groups of 8?8mm quality inspection of plastic anchor bolts, galvanized steel wire mesh for exterior walls ( .9?12.7?12.7mm), and 6 groups each of anti-crack mortar and rubber powder polystyrene particles were tested. The test results all met the requirements of the national acceptance standards.
