The medical dispute court entrusts the judicial authentication institution to accept the materials within seven working days.

After identification, it is determined that there is a medical fault in the medical institution, resulting in medical damage, and the medical institution shall bear legal responsibility. The appraisal fee shall be borne by the medical institution in accordance with the proportion of legal responsibility.

The materials required for judicial appraisal of medical disputes are as follows:
