How can we make jujube trees bear more fruits earlier?
Jujube trees are easy to blossom and bear fruit, and have the inherent characteristics of early fruit after grafting. However, in order to achieve the goal of bearing more fruits early, the management of grafted trees must be done well.

(1) Strengthen soil and water conservation with soil improvement as the center. Zizyphus jujuba mostly grows in deep mountains and thin land, and the management can't keep up with the formation of small old trees. Therefore, according to the terrain, it is necessary to build a stone weir under the tree, store water with silt, and thicken the soil layer year by year.

(2) Control pests and diseases in time. Pests such as jujube step, jujube armyworm, jujube moth and jujube bud weevil, which are harmful to jujube trees and affect fruit quality, should be comprehensively controlled in time, and jujube witches' broom and jujube mosaic, which seriously threaten jujube production, should be prevented and controlled.

(3) plastic trimming. Jujube is a typical light-loving tree species in fruit trees. Dense and opaque crown will lead to poor results, so it should be integrated into a tree shape such as evacuation layer or happy shape, and jujube trees should be pruned in winter and cut in summer.

(4) Rational use of encryption trees. Generally, the density of grafted jujube trees is relatively high, and the spacing between planting varieties can be determined according to different varieties. For varieties with strong tree potential, the plant spacing can be 5 ~ 6 meters square; The row spacing of weak trees can be 4 meters square. Trees with sparse rows can be encrypted. Under the condition of not hindering the growth of planted trees, cultivate them into short and dry young trees, bear fruit for a few years first, and then cut them down when they grow up. The control of encryption tree can be realized by girdling.
