It depends on how you handle it: you can wrap it or you can leave it unpacked. If necessary, you can create jumper packages by creating a component library (you can use resistor packages instead, remove the screen printing layer of resistors, and connect a top screen printing layer line between the two pads). Of course, since the jumper package is added, you'd better modify the schematic diagram before importing the corresponding PCB diagram, but don't forget to lock the components on the originally imported PCB diagram, otherwise your previous achievements will be completely wasted.

If it is not needed, remove the copper cladding directly, and then put two pads, with any distance between the two pads, depending on the actual situation. Then draw a straight line between the two pads with the top cover. Then put the wire on, and then it's over.
