According to the high spindle-shaped shaping and pruning method: the central trunk is elongated, the head is short, and all branches on the central trunk are drained. In the spring of the following year, buds were carved every 10 ~ 20 cm in the middle trunk to promote new branches.

2, two years of pruning

Start selecting and retaining the main branches, giving priority to thinning, removing the strong and leaving the weak. According to the requirements of tall spindle-shaped trees, select and keep suitable branches with branch-to-stem ratio (1∶3) and branch spacing (15-20cm), and slowly release appropriate small branches. According to the one-year pruning method, the central trunk can be lengthened and shortened, all branches on the central trunk can be thinned, and a strong central trunk can be cultivated to expand the ratio of branches to stems. In the following spring, the spacing between branches should be 10 ~ 20 cm to promote the development of new branches.
