The following four points teach you how to tell the difference between the head and the head of arhat fish.
(1) shape position:
The water head is large and round, and the starting position is the position where the front end of dorsal fin begins to protrude to the upper end of eye and the nose bridge is depressed, and its protrusion can reach the fish mouth or more forward. The head of the flesh is small and bulges upward from the depression of the bridge of the nose, but its height will not exceed the height of the starting point of the dorsal fin, and the forehead bead generally cannot exceed the snout.
(2) touch. Texture:
The water head is soft, elastic, full of expansion and tension, and has a translucent feeling under the light. The meat head is hard and inelastic.
(3) shoulders:
The head and shoulders are wider. The head and shoulders are narrow and pointed.
(4) Features:
In the growth stage, due to nutrition, urgency, poor water quality and other factors, the water head will shrink, but it will resume or even continue to grow after stability. The meat head shrinks because it is generally not raised, urgent and the water quality is poor, which belongs to the stereotyped forehead beads.
