The difference between fire repair and cold repair of tires is that fire repair needs to bake the breach with a baking machine until the film melts and can be bonded with the breach. Therefore, the advantage of tire fire repair is that the fire repair place is very durable, and basically there will be no repeated air leakage.
However, its shortcomings are also obvious. Fire repair requires formal equipment, and the master's technical requirements are relatively high. Calculating tire curing time requires professional experience. Too long high temperature vulcanization time will produce excessive sulfur, the tread will become brittle, and the patterns and grooves will easily collapse, crack and blue the surface.
Too short a time will lead to sulfur deficiency, and the repaired part will easily fall off. Especially the tires of private cars are thinner than those of large trucks. If the heating is improper and the temperature is too high, the tire may be damaged.
