1. Check whether electricity, water and air pressure meet the requirements, and prepare equipment such as flake caustic soda, trays and handles for production.

2. Check whether the cleaning dryer is in good condition. If there is any problem, please notify the relevant personnel for maintenance in time and fill in the equipment operation and maintenance record.

3. Add an appropriate amount of flake caustic soda into the cleaning dryer to ensure that the PH value of the battery surface meets the requirements after cleaning.

4. At the end of production, mark the quantity and production date of the remaining materials on the material label card and put them into the material storage area.
