When placing the anchor beam, the anchor beam should be prevented from twisting and bending.

The grouting operation should be continuous and compact, without interruption in the middle, so that the grouting work can be completed within the time when the initially injected grout is still plastic; during the grouting process, the grouting pipe should be lifted while filling to ensure The head of the grouting pipe should be inserted 50-80cm below the grout level. It is strictly forbidden to pull the pipe out of the grout level to avoid rod breakage.

When the secondary high-pressure grouting is used to form a continuous spherical anchor, attention should also be paid to: the primary normal pressure grouting operation should start from the bottom of the hole until the grout overflows from the hole; the secondary high-pressure grouting of the anchor The grouting should be carried out when the strength of the cement stone body formed by one grouting reaches 5.0MPa. The grouting pressure and grouting time can be determined according to the volume of the anchor and should be carried out in sections from bottom to top.
