The symptoms of lumbar facet joint disorder are mainly severe pain, stiffness and limited movement in the waist. Patients often bend over to lie on their side, their waist can't be straight, and they dare not move, for fear of being touched by others. The main reason is that when the waist suddenly flashes, bends forward and rotates, the facet joint space opens, the negative pressure in the joint increases, and the synovium can enter the joint space. If the synovium of flexion and extension joint is stuck in the joint space, it will cause synovial incarceration or subluxation of facet joint.
