Improved skin expansion:
Scar is the inevitable product of skin wound healing. There are two fundamental measures to treat scar: 1, and completely remove scar tissue. 2. Repair scar wound with normal skin or skin tissue cells. Traditional suture cutting and skin grafting are put forward and implemented according to the above two fundamental measures. Unfortunately, incision and skin grafting can not achieve the ideal therapeutic effect.
In recent years, some foreign doctors have introduced a new technology called "skin expansion". This technique is to increase the normal skin around the scar first, and then remove the scar to repair the wound after removing the scar. The specific operation is: first, make a small incision at or around the scar, form a cavity under the normal skin through the small incision, and put in a special silicone balloon. After that, water was injected into the bladder every few days. The ever-increasing balloon expands the skin, and the skin slowly extends and increases under the continuous expansion force of the balloon. After water injection and expansion for about two months, new skin is enough. At this time, the scar is removed and the redundant new skin is pushed over to repair the scar-removed wound. After about half a year to one year's recovery, the color, texture and function of local newborn skin are basically or completely consistent with the surrounding area.
However, one of the biggest disadvantages of this technique is that there are many complications, which easily lead to surgical failure. Complications as high as 40% seriously affect the extensive development of this technology.
Recently, some plastic surgeons have improved every operation link of this technique after many experiments, and put forward "improved skin expansion". Through the clinical observation of nearly 100 cases, it is found that the incidence of bleeding is obviously reduced and the success rate is greatly improved after the improvement of the technique, and even the scar of the knife line anastomosed after operation is much thinner than that of simple technical suture.
Improved skin expansion is undoubtedly the best and irreplaceable technology to repair large-scale burns, scars after car accidents and some congenital red and black birthmarks on the face or whole body, and it is a great boon for scar patients.
Skin tissue cell inoculation
Large area scars on face and whole body can be treated by "improved skin expansion". However, how to treat many minor facial injuries, car accidents, knife wounds and acne scars? The answer is-"skin tissue cell seeding".
Plastic surgery has been powerless to the above scars, and traditional seam cutting can not achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects for patients and doctors, so that many people often see scars on their faces in social activities.
After 1990s, based on more than ten years of experience in scar treatment and the inspiration of cloning technology, technical inventors began to explore skin cells. It is found that the sources of skin regeneration are the papillary layer of skin, skin appendages and skin stem cells in them. How to extract these treasures can regenerate new skin and repair small scars.
It is understood that numerous researchers in the field of plastic surgery at home and abroad have been discussing this topic, but they have not succeeded so far.
After thousands of experiments, technological inventors have achieved gratifying results. Its principle is to extract skin tissue cells with special microsurgical techniques and plant them in scar areas after treatment. About 15 days after operation, all the implanted cells survived. When the dressing is removed, the scar disappears and is replaced by red skin. After a year of recovery, the local effect is normal or close to normal.
More than 300 cases have proved that skin tissue cell seeding can cure all kinds of uneven scars such as facial trauma, car accident, scar after knife injury, eyelid, chickenpox and papules.
More significantly, for fresh wounds after facial trauma, if plastic surgery and cell implantation are carried out within six hours after the injury, no scars or less scars can be left. At present, this technology can be used to declare invention patents to the state.
Comprehensive plastic surgery
Combining more than two plastic surgery techniques to complete a complex scar surgery is called comprehensive plastic surgery.
Clinically, we often encounter some very complicated scars, which are not only ugly in appearance, but also attached to surrounding tissues, affecting local functions. If a technical method is adopted, the expected effect will obviously not be achieved, and a variety of technologies must be done in one go.
The secondary repair of cleft lip is the representative of applied comprehensive surgery. The so-called second-stage repair refers to the congenital cleft lip patients who underwent cleft lip closure surgery shortly after birth, but left behind the affected side of the nose wing collapse, nostril deformity, nasal columella tilt, obvious white lip scar, lip arch edge dislocation, red lips with different thickness and obvious overall deformity. These defects can not be solved by one method, and more than three techniques are needed to correct the deformity and eliminate the scar of the knife line.
The application of comprehensive surgery requires surgeons to have at least ten years of plastic surgery experience and skilled technical skills. It is by no means something that ordinary doctors can do. Its operation needs to combine complicated techniques such as excision, suture, propulsion, transfer, plastic surgery, reduction and scar removal. It is a combination of medicine and aesthetics, and a fusion of plastic surgery and plastic surgery.
The expected effect of comprehensive surgery should be far greater than that of single technique, and its best sign is that it does not leave scars. Therefore, "skin cell implantation" is indispensable in comprehensive surgery, because any surgical method will leave surgical scars, and only "skin cell implantation" can remove these surgical scars.
The scope of application of comprehensive surgery is the scar, small red and black birthmark and cleft lip repair caused by the displacement of local organs such as canthus, mouth corner, nose and external ear on the head and face.
