3: Adjust the direction of the seat. In the long-distance riding process, it is found that lowering the bicycle seat image by an angle of 15-25 degrees can reduce the crotch friction, thus effectively maintaining the riding comfort of the crotch, and the buttocks can also be fixed in the back half of the seat, thus reducing the hip friction.
