The complainant is the person whose rights and interests have been violated.

Consumer complaints refer to consumers purchasing, using goods or receiving services for daily consumption, and after having a consumer rights dispute with an operator, they request consumer rights protection organizations to mediate and request the protection of their rights and interests. Acts of legitimate interests.

Consumer complaints can be made in the form of phone calls, letters, interviews, or the Internet. However, no matter which form is adopted, the following contents must be made clear: First, the basic situation of the complainant. That is, the complainant’s name, gender, contact address, contact number, postal code, etc. The second is the basic situation of the respondent. That is, the name, address, phone number, etc. of the respondent. The third is the time, brand, origin, specifications, quantity, price, etc. of the purchased goods. The Consumers Association accepts the following complaints in accordance with the law:

1. Complaints about consumers being harmed due to stipulated rights.

2. Consumer complaints against operators for failing to fulfill stipulated legal obligations.

3. Complaints about farmers purchasing and using production materials such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural films, agricultural machinery and tools directly used in agricultural production, and their rights and interests have been harmed.

The Consumers Association does not accept the following complaints:

1. Disputes between operators;

2. There is no clear respondent;

3. The operator has truly explained to consumers in advance the existence of defects in the goods;

4. The parties to the dispute have reached a settlement (mediation) agreement and have performed it, and there are no new reasons and relevant basis ;

5. Disputes arising from investment, reproduction, etc.;

6. Consumers cannot provide any necessary evidence.
