4. Exam
Written test: The recruitment position requires a postgraduate degree or a master's degree or above or a professional title of associate senior or above
and has the professional requirements consistent with the recruitment position Applicants with a postgraduate degree or a master's degree or above (including fresh graduates) or professional and technical positions above associate senior level are exempted from the written examination and will directly participate in the interview. However, when the ratio of qualified candidates exempted from the written examination to the number of people to be hired exceeds 5:1 (excluding 5 :1), all applicants must take a written examination. Students from Xiamen (graduates whose household registration and student registration were in Xiamen before being admitted to the first full-time general education institution) who participate in the application will add 10 points to their written examination scores.
Interview: Determine the interview candidates from the application materials according to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people in the position.
The interview time is arranged according to the job major and the specific situation of the hospital. A structured interview method is adopted. The interview examiner will score on the spot, mainly testing the overall quality and business skills of the candidates. The total interview score is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. The specific time and location will be notified separately.
The comprehensive score is 100 points. The written test score and interview score are calculated based on 4:6. For those who are exempt from the written test, the interview score will be the comprehensive score.
Candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined from those who pass the interview in order of merit and in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of job recruits.
5. Physical examination and assessment
1. Physical examination. Personnel participating in the physical examination must bring their ID cards to the hospital's physical examination center for a centralized physical examination according to the arrangements of the hospital. Physical examination personnel should participate in the physical examination on time. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up their qualifications.
The physical examination standards for this recruitment are based on the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health, and the relevant expenses are borne by the individual.
Assessment. Applicants who pass the physical examination will be assessed by the hospital. The main contents of the assessment are morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity, etc. The application qualifications will be reviewed. Those who fail the assessment will not be hired.
Those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be replaced in sequence from those who have passed the overall score.
6. Go through the employment procedures
1. Based on the job requirements and the results of interviews, assessments, and physical examinations, select the best candidates and determine the list of employees

2. If the results of the announcement do not affect the employment, they will be reported to the Xiamen Municipal Health Bureau and the Personnel Bureau for review. According to the relevant requirements of the Interim Provisions on the Unit Employment System, employment contracts for public institutions shall be signed on the basis of negotiation and voluntariness.
7. Other matters
1. The pension insurance for employed personnel shall comply with the provisions of Xiafu [2004] No. 178 document.
2. The probation period for the personnel recruited this time is 3 months, and the probation period is included in the employment period
