At the recent 2020 China International Dental Equipment Expo (CDS), Haige Technology exhibited 50 dental applications in four fields: implant, orthodontics, fixed restoration and movable restoration, among which 3D printing materials in orthodontics were subdivided into two types.
1, traditional orthodontic materials
TF UV type high temperature resistant dental mold resin belongs to one of the materials used in orthodontics earlier by Haige Technology. This material is suitable for making hot-pressed dental molds, mainly used in the field of orthodontics, and the details are restored accurately.
Haige Technology integrates the processes of automatic data processing, 3D printing mass production, automatic identification of gum line and automatic cutting of invisible braces along the gum line into the whole process solution of invisible orthodontics. After the dental plan is confirmed by the doctor, the dental mold of each step is printed by using the special 3D printer for dentistry and high-temperature resistant dental mold resin, and finally the transparent customized braces are hot-pressed according to the 3D printed dental mold.
2. Wash orthodontic materials with water
UltraPrint series of new washing materials suitable for orthodontics are more environmentally friendly than the conventional version, and at the same time simplify some post-treatment processes. After printing the dental mold, you can clean it with water.
The efficiency upgrade of material post-processing, coupled with the large-capacity 3D printer Ortho and HiVE system of Haige Technology, can automatically produce dental molds 24 hours a day, so that the invisible orthodontic dental molds needed for orthodontics can produce up to 720 dental molds every day.
