4. (3) Qualification review
According to the registration conditions and job recruitment requirements, the recruiting unit organizes a qualification review of the materials and information provided by the applicants, and notifies candidates who register on-site of their qualifications on the spot. Whether the examination is passed or not; candidates who register by email will be notified of the qualification review results via email.
The exam opening ratio is 1:5. 3. Examination and Qualification Review
The examination method is written examination and interview.
(1) The content of the written examination includes: basic knowledge of the company and the professional knowledge and comprehensive abilities required for the recruitment position. The examination scope is not specified.
(2) This written examination is organized by the Provincial Department of Finance. The time and location of the written test will be announced on the website of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance (/) one week before the test. (3) Scope of interview candidates. There is no passing line for the written test. According to the order of written test scores from high scores to low scores, candidates for the interview will be determined within a ratio of 1:5 of the number of people to be hired for each recruitment position.
(4) Qualification review. Before the interview, the interview candidates who registered via email will be reviewed for qualifications.
During the qualification review, applicants should provide relevant certification materials required by the recruitment announcement. Among them: fresh graduates from ordinary universities in 2012 must provide their ID cards, student IDs, "Graduates' Two-way Choice Employment Recommendation Form" and "Employment Agreement for General University Graduates" issued by their school; other personnel must also provide their ID cards , academic degree certificates, and other materials that can prove your work experience, professional ability and level (such as various award certificates, published papers, qualification certificates, etc.). (6) The total score of the examination will be calculated based on the percentage system based on the written test score accounting for 50% and the interview score accounting for 50%.
All recruitment work (from the deadline for registration to the determination and announcement of employment candidates) will be completed within 60 working days.
4. Recruitment
After the examination, candidates for the physical examination will be determined based on the total test scores, from high scores to low scores, in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be hired for each recruitment position. There is no competitive position in the interview, and the interview score of the physical examination candidate shall not be less than 60% of the total interview score. The physical examination is organized uniformly by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, and the physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for National Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)". Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced in order from high to low based on the overall score of the position.
For those who pass the physical examination, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance will organize an inspection. If it is found during the inspection that they do not meet the job application requirements, their employment qualifications will be cancelled, and they will be filled in order from high to low in terms of overall score.
Based on the results of physical examination and inspection, determine the list of personnel to be hired. Once the employment list is announced, there will be no further replacement. A probation period system is implemented for employed personnel. The probation period is 12 months for fresh college graduates and 6 months for other personnel.
