Qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction and recruitment in this institution. 4. Interview.
The interview method is structured interview.
When the ratio between the number of recruitment positions and the number of qualified people in qualification examination is less than 1:3, with the consent of the municipal talent office, the examination ratio can be reduced.
Interviewers participate in the interview according to the provisions of the interview announcement, and those who fail to participate in the interview according to the provisions are deemed to have abstained automatically.
For candidates who give up the interview or fail to attend the interview according to the specified time and place, and only one person participates in the interview, the minimum score of the interview is controlled, and the minimum score of the interview is set at 80 points. Those who fail to reach the minimum score of the interview cannot enter the physical examination and assessment stage, and the corresponding recruitment position plan will be cancelled.

5. Physical examination.
According to the number of recruitment positions and interview results, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.
The physical examination is organized and implemented in accordance with the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065]140).
Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in the order of interview results. If the interview results are the same, the candidates with the same results will be given an extra test.
If there is no substitute, the recruitment position will be cancelled or reduced.

6. evaluation.
According to the physical examination of candidates, determine the assessment object.
The assessment highlights both ability and political integrity, focusing on their political ideology, moral quality, professional expertise, ability and quality, study and work performance, job matching, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline.
In the assessment, if it is found that the main information of the relevant materials of the assessment object is untrue or does not meet the post qualification conditions, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled and supplemented with reference to the supplementary methods of the physical examination.

7. Publicity and employment.
Publicize those who pass the exam online and accept social supervision. The publicity time is 7 days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if no problems affecting employment are found, they can be employed.
All fresh graduates must obtain corresponding academic degrees before August 3, 20231,and then go through the recruitment procedures, otherwise they will not be hired.
Personnel whose publicity reflects the employment problems and are verified by investigation shall not be employed.
Fourth, policy treatment.
(a) the recruitment of talents to implement the probation system.
The probation period is one year. During the probation period, you can enjoy the salary and welfare benefits of the official staff of public institutions.
(two) after the expiration of the probation period, those who pass the examination shall go through the graduation formalities.
Full-time graduate students can enjoy the 8-level post treatment of public institution management, and undergraduate students can enjoy the 9-level post treatment of public institution management.
If the probation period expires and the examination fails, the employment relationship will be terminated.
(three) after the formal employment, in addition to enjoying all the welfare benefits of public institutions in accordance with the provisions of national policies, another talent subsidy will be issued.
Those who have passed the annual assessment of imported talents and above will be given an annual subsidy of 1 10,000 yuan for full-time graduate students, and an annual subsidy of10.2 million yuan for five years; Full-time undergraduates in "double first-class" universities will be given a subsidy of 6,000 yuan per year for settling down and a subsidy of 6,000 yuan for talents within five years.
(four) the children of imported talents can choose schools within the city according to their wishes, and the education department provides them with opportunities to choose schools and is responsible for coordinating and handling relevant procedures; If the spouse is willing to work in Jianli, the employer and the human society department shall cooperate with the relevant departments within the scope of their duties.
Imported talents can apply for talent apartments in accordance with relevant regulations as needed.
