(five) there are more than two minor children, family planning certificate issued by the local street (township) family planning department;

(six) the actual occupancy certificate issued by the local police station (endorsed on the "Wuhan permanent residence purchase application form");

The household registration information on all the above documents and certificates must be consistent.
