5. Registration and Qualification Review

1. This examination will be conducted online and there will be no on-site registration. Each applicant is limited to one position.

6. Written test

2. The content of the written test is composed of two subjects: comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge. The full score is 100 points each. 7. Qualification review

1. When applying for the same position, based on the written test scores from high to low, the qualification review will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 to the recruitment plan for the position. 2. The list of candidates for qualification review will be announced on the registration website on November 28, 2017. The Municipal Works Bureau will conduct the qualification review. The specific time and location will be notified separately.

3. Those who enter the qualification review must bring the registration website to print out their "Changsha Municipal Works Bureau Open Recruitment General Employee Examination Registration Form" and their valid resident ID card, academic qualifications and degree certificates during the qualification review. 8. Assessment

2. The assessment of ordinary employees adopts a structured interview method, and the total score is 100 points (rounded to two decimal places).

4. The passing score for the interview (hereinafter referred to as the qualifying score) is 70 points (inclusive). Candidates with a score lower than the passing score will not enter the physical examination process.

9. Total score synthesis

The total score of general employee candidates is composed of written test accounting for 50% and interview scores accounting for 50% (scores are rounded to two decimal places).

10. Physical Examination

1. The physical examination objects are based on the number of job recruitments and at a ratio of 1:1. Among those who have reached the passing score line, the total score is from high to low. The scores are determined. If the total scores are the same, the one with the higher score in the written test will be shortlisted. If there is a failure in the physical examination or an abstention, candidates who apply for the same position and have passed the qualifying score will be filled in in order from high to low. 11. Inspection (including final qualification review)
