It makes us learn a lot of knowledge that we can't learn in class, which lays a solid foundation for us to go further into society in the future and is also the first step for us to work. Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to the objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned becomes useful. Learning without practicing, then what you learn is equal to zero, and theory should be combined with practice. On the other hand, practice can lay a foundation for finding a job in the future. Through this period of internship, I can learn something that I can't learn at school.

First of all, I am very grateful to the company for providing this opportunity, so that I can have the honor to spend this happy, substantial, true and beneficial internship time with my colleagues in the company. I also want to thank my colleagues for their concern and help, which has become the source of my internship! Today's society has been in the process of accelerated development and change, so the demand for talents is getting higher and higher. To look at problems from a developmental perspective, we must constantly improve our ideological understanding and self-cultivation. In just a few months of internship, although the time is very short, I have also made many friends and learned a lot of knowledge and truth that I can't learn in school.

If you want to live well in this society, you must do your best. You can't get rewards for fooling around every day. Even girls can do better than boys. These months have not been wasted, at least I have tried hard and I have seen some of my own shortcomings. I didn't learn enough at school. Fortunately, my performance has been recognized by everyone. "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". This short and substantial internship, I think, has played a role as a bridge to the society, and the transitional role is an important experience and step in my life, which is also of great help to my future work and can avoid the phenomenon of arrogance after graduation. Some basic principles of treating people with an open mind, such as seeking advice, observing organizational discipline and personal rules and regulations, and civilized communication, should be conscientiously implemented in real life, and good habits should be continuously cultivated in real life. Most of the experience and knowledge I learned during this period came from the teaching of my boss and colleagues, which is a valuable asset in my life. This internship also made me deeply understand that it is very important to maintain good relations with colleagues at work. The internship is over, and we will face more severe employment pressure. As a contemporary college student, I often want to plan my future and ask myself how to do my quality work well, whether to work for others all my life or to make a difference. What am I fighting for? Maybe I will start a new life with these problems and find a job that suits me.
