3. Weibo 3 and above.

5. Concern number 10 and above.

6. A special person shall regularly maintain and download the official letter of certification application, fill it out as required, affix the official seal of the company, upload a clear color scanned copy of the official letter and submit the certification application. Once authenticated, Weibo nicknames cannot be modified.
